Organization Policy

Purpose

In accordance with ANGIAD’s organizational policy, it is essential that the principles and procedures determined by the association’s rules, legislation and the Board of Directors are implemented by the entire organization.

Organizational System

All members and officials are obliged to act in accordance with the content and purpose of these principles.

  • The limits of authority from the highest level to the lowest level of the bodies should clearly be stated.
  • The duties and responsibilities of the officials in each body should be determined in writing.
  • Responsibilities must be compatible with the authorities to which they correspond.
  • Those in charge must retain responsibility for the powers they delegate.
  • Powers should be distributed to the lowest possible levels.
  • The number of power levels should be minimum.
  • Executive functions and advisory functions should be separated from each other and sufficient importance should be given to advisory functions.
  • The organization must have the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Organization should be as simple as possible

Task Distribution

While assigning a task, its characteristics, relationships, and success measures should clearly be identified and the following principles should be considered.

  • Members should be given opportunities for development so that they can achieve greater success in the future.
  • It should be ensured that the speed of accomplishing the tasks is increased. It should be ensured that higher levels are more engaged in planning and management issues.

Communication Channels in Management

Tasks should be implemented in a hierarchical order from the top manager to the lowest levels, and information about the activities and results should be conveyed from the lowest level to the highest authority in a reporting system.

Within the organization principles, it is natural for the members and commissions to contact directly with other members and commissions in case of joint work or the need for contact. If it is necessary to inform the Board of Directors about the situation, this matter is also taken into consideration. However, these relations should never be thought of as giving orders and the hierarchy should not be broken.

Recognition of Responsibility and Principles of Controlling

The members, the Commissions and the Board of Directors should be informed that it is essential that they should be held responsible for their non-fulfillment of their duties, incomplete or incorrect actions, mistakes and omissions, and that this responsibility will definitely be indicated, and therefore they should be prevented from falling into a responsible position.

The bodies implement the following general duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws, decrees, rules and regulations.

The bodies make service planning and organize services within this plan so that the work can be done in the best way.

  • The bodies prepare plans and programs for the activities under their management and propose them to the relevant parties and implement approved plans and programs.

  • The bodies manage the keeping of the records related to their unit’s works, the arrangement of the documents, the organization of the correspondence and the keeping of the correspondence within the legal periods in accordance with the legislation and procedures.

  • It directs the commissions without any hesitation about the works to be done, participates in the execution of the works, and provides assistance and advice when necessary.
  • It ensures that the works are done duly within the framework of appropriate quality, quantity and time standards with the least cost.

Ensuring Efficiency in Service

The Board of Directors and other bodies determine the ways and methods, improve the existing ones, monitor the new technological developments, ensure their implementation, and make the necessary initiatives and proposals in order to perform their duties efficiently and as soon as possible.

Informing About the Activities

The Board of Directors gives the necessary information to the relevant bodies about the activities under its management and the results, and announces the problems.

Training and Developing the Bodies

The Board of Directors ensures the development of the bodies through the duties and powers to be carried out for the execution of the activities of the association and the trainings in line with the corporate identity.

In order to ensure these,

  • The Board of Directors assists the bodies in selecting members and personnel with suitable qualifications.
  • The Board of Directors supports the training and orientation of the members and personnel by on the job training that explain the importance of the activities, the way they are done, and their relations with other activities.
  • In addition to the training programs of the association, basic and specialized training programs are prepared, ensuring that members and staff are trained not only in one business branch but also in various branches.
  • The Board of Directors allows the members and staff of the association to carry out the tasks assigned to them with initiative. Accustomarily, it ensures that the work is performed error-free by examining the results of the work and correcting them if necessary.
  • The Board of Directors encourages the emergence of a creative effort by answering the proposals of the members and staff within the association with a constructive attitude.
  • The Board of Directors takes close interest in the members and staff of the association and helps them in solving their professional and social problems.
  • The Board of Directors attaches importance to the development of the members and personnel within the body of the association through training and other means so that they can acquire the necessary qualifications and acquire the necessary knowledge.

Discipline

The Board of Directors establishes and maintains discipline in the activities of the association, ensures the implementation of the rules and the procedures and principles determined by the Board of Directors regarding the behavior of the members and personnel under the roof of the association. It provides and maintains the working harmony between the member and the staff and resolves disputes promptly and in a timely manner.

Leadership

The Board of Directors applies the principles of management and administration in the best way and sets an example for its members and personnel. It ensures that the personnel under its management work harmoniously in full agreement and cooperation in order to engage them to their work and increase efficiency.

Occupational Health and Safety

The Board of Directors ensures that all measures are taken against fire protection of buildings, devices and equipment under its responsibility and against unsafe working conditions.

In order to ensure these,

– The Board of Directors takes or has the necessary fire prevention measures when it is necessary not to keep residues that may cause fire and when flammable materials are used,

– The Board of Directors ensures that the fire protection devices in the unit are always operational and usable,

– The Board of Directors provides the training of the personnel who will be the first responder in the event of a fire.

Responsibilities

The Board of Directors is obliged to perform and have the services within the scope of “Duties, Powers and Responsibilities of the Bodies of the Association” done at a sufficient level and on time, in accordance with the applicable laws, decrees, rules, regulations, instructions, etc. On the contrary, The Board of Directors is responsible for its actions, negligence and disinterestedness.

Criteria of Qualifications Required for All Commissions

  • To have taken part in the bodies of the association, to have adopted the association, to have participated in the meetings and activities of the association, and to have produced solutions to the problems within their means.
  • From the first day of joining ANGIAD, to have fulfilled the duties duly and to have represented the office duly,
  • To have given their heart and time for this task,
  • Being a leader and having high brand value of the company it represents in its sector,
  • To have a good command of the issues, laws and regulations related to their own sector, to bring the problems of the sector to the agenda,
  • Being honest, forthright, not requiring follow-up, able to make one’s own business plan, extroverted, sociable, able to direct himself and his subordinates, productive, able to improve himself, his relationships, his work, to have goals and to be prone to teamwork.
  • Fulfilling other duties assigned to him by the association’s rules and legislation.
  • To act in accordance with the policy of the association.
  • Working in harmony with all bodies within the association.
  • To perform the other duties to be assigned by the Law, Decree, Rule, Regulation, Circular and higher authorities.
  • Meeting with its members once a month at the association center or a meeting center to be rented,
  • To use a budget in its activities proportional to the share it receives from the income of the association,
  • While carrying out its activities, it is recommended to work in coordination with the member of the Board of Directors to which it is affiliated, and to act by taking the opinion of all relevant commissions, especially the Law Commission.
  • Finding sponsorships from members or from outside for its activities.
  • To keep the records related to its department and to keep them within the legal period
  • If there is a confidentiality condition, making the records accessible to others, limited to those who can access the records within this definition.
  • To fulfill its duties for the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.

Powers and Responsibilities Required for All Bodies

  • Fulfilling other duties assigned to it by the association’s rule and legislation.
  • To act in accordance with the policy of the association.
  • Working in harmony with all bodies within the association.
  • To perform the other duties to be assigned by the Law, Decree, Rule, Regulation, Circular and the higher authorities.
  • Meeting with its members once a month at the association center or a meeting center to be rented,
