In accordance with the principles of the Rules of the Ankara Young Businessmen Association, the commissions hold regular monthly meetings in order to carry out the duties assigned to it by the Board of Directors, to develop bilateral commercial relations between the members and at the same time to improve the commercial relations of the members with other employers.

Responsibilities of the Commissions:

  • Fulfilling the other duties assigned to it by the association’s rule and legislation.
  • To act in accordance with the policy of the association.
  • Working in harmony with all bodies within the association.
  • To perform the other duties to be assigned by the Law, Decree, Rule, Regulation, Circular and the higher authorities.
  • Meeting with its members once a month at the association center or a meeting center to be rented,
  • To use a budget in its activities proportional to the share it receives from the income of the association,
  • While carrying out its activities, it is recommended to work in coordination with the member of the Board of Directors to which it is affiliated, and to act by taking the opinion of all relevant commissions, especially the Law Commission.
  • Finding sponsorships from members or from outside for its activities.
  • To keep the records related to its department and to keep them within the legal period.
  • If there is a confidentiality condition, making the records accessible to others, limited to those who can access the records within this definition.
  • To fulfill its duties for the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.

Criteria for Qualifications for the Commissions::

  • To have taken part in the bodies of the Association, to have adopted the Association, to have participated in the meetings and activities of the Association, and to have produced solutions to the problems within their means.
  • From the first day of joining ANGIAD, to have fulfilled the duties duly and to have represented the office duly,
  • To have given their heart and time for this task,
  • Being a leader and having high brand value of the company it represents in its sector,
  • To have a good command of the issues, laws and regulations related to their own sector, to bring the problems of the sector to the agenda,
  • Being honest, forthright, not requiring follow-up, able to make one’s own business plan, extroverted, sociable, able to direct himself and his subordinates, productive, able to improve himself, his relationships, his work, to have goals and to be prone to teamwork.
