ANGIAD is a non-governmental organization founded on 5.11.1991 by the leading business persons of Ankara. ANGIAD was established with the aim of solving the problems of Ankara and the country by cooperating with young business persons in Ankara to provide professional and economic exchange and solidarity through cooperation with non-governmental organizations, official and private institutions. It is one of the first among the Young Businessmen Associations established in Turkey. ANGIAD has been in the management of TÜGİK (Confederation of Young Businessmen of Turkey) and the Young Businessmen Foundation of Turkey, and has had an active role in the establishment of these two institutions which gathers young and dynamic business people under one roof with approximately 3000 members. Setting out with this mindset, ANGIAD has members on a wide platform in many sectors including construction, energy, tourism, textile, automotive, food, transportation, health and industry.

While the number of members of ANGIAD, which started out with 11 founding members, has exceeded 800 today, members of ANGIAD are not content with economic exchanges, but also try to make the best use of every opportunity to get closer socially. Members of ANGIAD show their presence and effort in every field that society needs a strong sense of solidarity. ANGIAD, adding strength to the economy and social life of Ankara and our country with more than 1000 companies and their nearly 10,000 employees in the 21st century economy, maintains its leadership among business persons’ associations with its purpose, mission and vision.
